About Inspelis
Inspelis Consulting Inc. is based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website and business inquiries. The English and French versions are the reference versions; other languages are translations.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Company name, preferred language and a short description of the help you need are optional. We also receive any other information you choose to include in an email. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.
How the form works
The form prepares an email draft on your device addressed to info@inspelis.com. Nothing is sent until you send the draft through your email application. You can also copy the message or email us directly. The website does not save form entries in a database or in browser storage. Your email application and email providers may retain drafts and sent or received messages.
Why we use your information
We use inquiry information to respond, communicate with prospective or existing clients, evaluate requests for our services and follow up on a business inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated newsletters or promotional messages.
Website technology
Our website code does not use advertising, analytics, profiling or visitor-identification scripts, or tracking cookies. When you choose a language, your browser stores that preference locally under “inspelis-locale” so that the home page can remember it. It is not a visitor identifier and is not sent to an analytics service. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data. Hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website; this is separate from browser tracking.
Service providers and processing outside Québec
Hostinger provides our website hosting and the email service for info@inspelis.com. An email you send also passes through your own email provider. There is no separate form-processing service or CRM connected to this form. Providers may process or store information outside Québec, depending on their infrastructure and terms. We do not claim that all processing takes place in Québec. Contact our Privacy Officer with questions about providers or the handling of your information.
Retention
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable business, legal, accounting or compliance requirements. The applicable period may depend on the nature of the inquiry and any resulting client relationship. Contact our Privacy Officer with retention or deletion questions.
Security
The form does not create a public record or store your message on the website. Email transmission and storage also depend on the security of the email services and devices involved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information in your inquiry.
Your privacy rights
You may contact our Privacy Officer to request access to or correction of personal information, ask how it is used, withdraw consent where applicable, or make a privacy-related complaint. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Legal exceptions may apply, and withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to your inquiry or provide a requested service.
Privacy governance and complaints
Access to personal information is limited to persons who reasonably need it for legitimate business purposes. Our Privacy Officer oversees our privacy practices, including access and correction requests, questions about the handling of personal information, retention and destruction practices, and privacy complaints. Privacy-related requests or complaints may be sent to info@inspelis.com. We review each matter and may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify identity or understand the request. Personal information that is no longer reasonably required is securely deleted, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our practices change. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date.
